What does God say about doubt?
"Be still, and know that I am God! I am exalted among the nations, I am exalted in the earth." Psalms 46:10 (NRSV)
Every Word of God is flawless. He is a shield to those who take refuge in Him. Proverbs 30:5 (WEB)
The Lord will be your guide at all times; in dry places He will give you water in full measure, and will make strong your bones; and you will be like a watered garden, and like an ever-flowing spring. Isaiah 58:11 (BBE)
Then certain of the scribes and Pharisees answered, saying, "Teacher, we want to see a sign from You."
But He answered them, "An evil and adulterous generation seeks after a sign, and there will no sign be given it but the sign of Jonah, the prophet. For as Jonah was three days and three nights in the belly of the whale, so will the Son of Man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth." Matthew 12:38-40 (WEB)

"Now here is the explanation of the story I told about the farmer planting grain: The hard path where some of the seeds fell represents the heart of a person who hears the Good News about the Kingdom and doesn't understand it; then Satan comes and snatches away the seeds from his heart. The shallow, rocky soil represents the heart of a man who hears the Message and receives it with real joy, but he doesn't have much depth in his life, and the seeds don't root very deeply, and after a while when trouble comes, or persecution begins because of his beliefs, his enthusiasm fades, and he drops out. The ground covered with thistles represents a man who hears the Message, but the cares of this life and longing for money choke out God's Word, and he does less and less for God. The good ground represents the heart of a man who listens to the Message and understands it and goes out and brings thirty, sixty, or even a hundred others into the Kingdom." Matthew 13:18-23 (TLB)
Having come to His hometown, He began to teach them in their synagogue, so that they were astonished and said, "How did this wisdom and these miracles come to Him? Isn't this the carpenter's son? Isn't His mother called Mary, and His brothers James, Joseph, Simon, and Judas? And His sisters, aren't they all with us? So where does He get all these things?" And they were offended by Him.
But Jesus said to them, "A prophet is not without honor except in his hometown and in his household." And He did not do many miracles there because of their unbelief. Matthew 13:54-58 (HCSB)
And in the fourth watch of the night He came to them, walking on the sea. But when the disciples saw Him walking on the sea, they were terrified, and said, "It is a ghost!" and they cried out in fear.
But immediately Jesus spoke to them, saying, "Take heart; it is I. Do not be afraid."
And Peter answered Him, "Lord, if it is You, command me to come to You on the water."
He said, "Come."
So Peter got out of the boat and walked on the water and came to Jesus. But when he saw the wind, he was afraid, and beginning to sink he cried out, "Lord, save me."
Jesus immediately reached out His hand and took hold of him, saying to him, "O you of little faith, why did you doubt?" And when they got into the boat, the wind ceased.
And those in the boat worshiped Him, saying, "Truly You are the Son of God." Matthew 14:25-33 (ESV)
Jesus answered and said unto them, "Verily I say unto you, If ye have faith, and doubt not, ye shall not only do this which is done to the fig tree, but also if ye shall say unto this mountain, 'Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea;' it shall be done. And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive." Matthew 21:21-22 (KJV)
Then one of the crowd answered and said, "Teacher, I brought You my son, who has a mute spirit. And wherever it seizes him, it throws him down; he foams at the mouth, gnashes his teeth, and becomes rigid. So I spoke to Your disciples, that they should cast it out, but they could not."
He answered him and said, "O faithless generation, how long shall I be with you? How long shall I bear with you? Bring him to Me."
Then they brought him to Him. And when he saw Him, immediately the spirit convulsed him, and he fell on the ground and wallowed, foaming at the mouth. So He asked his father, "How long has this been happening to him?"
And he said, "From childhood. And often he has thrown him both into the fire and into the water to destroy him. But if You can do anything, have compassion on us and help us."
Jesus said to him, "If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes."
Immediately the father of the child cried out and said with tears, "Lord, I believe; help my unbelief!"
When Jesus saw that the people came running together, He rebuked the unclean spirit, saying to it, "Deaf and dumb spirit, I command you, come out of him and enter him no more!" Mark 9:17-25 (NKJV)
Jesus said to them, "Have faith in God. In solemn truth I tell you that if any one shall say to this mountain, 'Remove, and hurl thyself into the sea,' and has no doubt about it in his heart, but steadfastly believes that what he says will happen, it shall be granted him. That is why I tell you, as to whatever you pray and make request for, if you believe that you have received it, it shall be yours." Mark 11:22-24 (WNT)
Answering them He said, "Go back and give news to John [the Baptist] of what you have seen, and the things which have come to your ears; the blind now see, those who had no power in their legs are walking, lepers are made clean, those who had no hearing now have their ears open, dead men come to life again, and the poor have the Good News given to them. And a blessing will be on him who has no doubts about Me." Luke 7:22-23 (BBE)
"This story is about some of those people. The seed is the Word of God. The seeds on the road are those who hear the Word, but no sooner do they hear it than the Devil snatches it from them so they won't believe and be saved." Luke 8:11-12 (The Message)
